One of your friend is often late for events and appointments, which often makes others angry. what's your advice to help your friend to avoid this problem in the future.
I think most people will angry with whom always late for appointments. But as friends, we can not leave him or accuse him, we should help him.
First,we should let him know that his lateness will waste ours’s time. As we all know time is money, so we must cherish the time. And on the other hand, if you always late, your friends would not believe in you. Secondly, we can tell him set an alarm clock to remind him the appointment’s time and he must prepare for it right now. Another way is that we can call him before the appointment to tell him that everyone is waiting for him. I have a friend who always late for events, so we help him through the above ways, now he always go for appointments on time and thanks us very much.

Well, As the saying goes don't bite off more than you can chew, so when dealing with money, you should never spend more money than you make. So, I guess my friend should try to make ends meet and spend under his or her budget. Also, working part time is also a good way to save up some money. For example, one can choose to be a delivery guy or even wait tables. By delivering food to customers, not only can you get lots of tips from generous customers, you can also get transportation fee paid from them. One can make easily make $ 150-200 a day.
Where would like to spend your holiday? City or countryside.
2) 建议写作思路：首先说明自己的偏好，其次给出两点理由进行说明。理由1：乡村很有没有 理由2：乡村的气氛更加宁静
If I were planning a get-away,I’d like to spending vacation time in countryside.let me explain in more details. There are two reasons why I go to the second option, countryside. First of all, the spectacular view , some breath-taking attractions ,all of those factors combine to form the charm that is no doubt irresistible to everyone. For example, months ago,I spend my spring break vacationing in the north-west of Qinghai. What impressed me a lot was the culture and tradition of the mysterious place, which is totally different with the metropolis like Beijing or Shanghai. Second,it can be incredibly peacful. For instance, normally,it is not surprised to wake up to the sound of cars and people shouting in the morning. But travelling to countryside, you might become awake to the sound of birds singing.
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: a boss or a manager should not form close friendship with their employees.
Well, I think the situation depends. If the company is small, like in a start-up, perhaps 7 or 10 people working together, who were already familiar with each other before they teamed up to work in the company, then a close friendship can be motivational and guarantee efficiency and competitiveness; but if the company is large, like a conglomerate listed in the stock market, in that situation, it is neither possible nor necessary for the boss to keep a close friendship with employees. The boss has too many fish to fry and the employees just need to follow the rules and be professional.
Do you agree or disagree with the statement? It's easier to teach children in primary schools than students in universities. Include reasons and details in your explanation.
I think it’s way easier to teach university students than primary school students. First of all, primary school students don’t know proper classroom behavior rules, they might interrupt the teacher, walk around the classroom when they’re supposed to be sitting down, or even talk to each other really loudly. But a university professor rarely has to worry about keeping the classroom order while teaching. Also, university students are more motivated to learn, so they are more engaged and responsive to teachers’ teaching, because they know if they don’t work hard enough, they won’t be able to compete well and get a good job after graduation. Primary school students rarely care about these issues at all.
