I am writing this letter to make a complaint about one of your goods which I bought last Saturday.
Influencing by your company’s advertising campaign, I went to your Bafang Department Store last weekend, and bought a smart phone, Samsung 5200I. Your assistant told me that it had 30% discount than one week ago, and I was really satisfied with its functions.
However, when I came back home, I found the smart phone cannot work steadily, that is to say , sometimes I can use it to send and receive emails but most times it did not respond to any orders. You have not mentioned this defect in your instruction booklet and neither have you told users how to solve this problem. As I am an engineer myself, I promise this problem is due to poor product quality but not improper using.
I have failed to keep two appointments with my clients because I did not receive their emails, so I feel bored and unacceptable about this cell phone. Is that the reason why you discounted this product?
Please arrange somebody to check this cell phone and change another one for me, which must be in perfect quality, or I will have complain to Consumers’ Association.
