I want to talk about a delivery complaint that I made last month. I was really quite frustrated about the whole thing(那个事情简直把我气死了), but I guess I was okay with the result at the end. The company dealt with it in time and fairly, after all. We were having a big festival here in China in the middle of last month when we were supposed to visit family and friends bringing gifts. Well, you know, I am a big fan of online shopping so I ordered a bunch of things on the Internet. Coincidently, they were all delivered by the same delivery company. When the deliveries arrived, I was not at home. So the guy left three of my orders in a closet down my building and sent one digital password to my phone. By the time I got home, I only found two orders. I quickly went online to check the delivery status(投送状态), and it showed that three of them were delivered altogether that afternoon. So I called the delivery guy to check with him. And guess what he said? He insisted that he left all the orders there, and bad luck that I didn’t find them all(是我运气不好没有全部收到。) as it’s none of his business. What? I mean, seriously? That’s not the way to talk to customers! I was so cross(我特别生气) that I called the service centre right away. The service centre took the case seriously and two days later, I was contacted by another delivery guy from the company. He came to send me the item and apologized in person for the inconvenience it had caused me. They also gave me a five bucks delivery coupon hoping to make me feel better.(还送给我一个快递优惠券作为补偿) So, well, I guess I can’t complain about the result.
