1. What do you do in the morning?
Usually I wake up at 6 o’clock and drag myself out of bed to the show at 6.30.And I made myself a quick breakfast of bread, egg and milk. At around half past seven, I leave for work.
2. Does breakfast matter?
I really enjoy my breakfast. First, my thinking always is fuzzy in the morning. A good breakfast can bring enough energy to refresh. Second, breakfast is delicious. Bacon and eggs in the breakfast are very delicious, especially bacon is very crisp Third, I can chat with family during breakfast. During breakfast, I can share some interesting things with my family to help me release the pressure.
3. Do you like to get up early?
Yes. When I wake up late and do not exercise there is some sense of guilt inside but when I rise early and run, it boosts up my confidence and I end up being more cheerful person.
4. What is your morning routine?
The moment I wake up I like to drink one full glass of slightly cold water. Next thing that I do is put my running shoes on and go for walk. I walk/jog for around 20-30 minutes and then I do few regular exercises like jumping jacks, squats, rope skipping. After exercising, when I come back I’m all worked up so I quickly take my shower and then make my coffee.

6. Do you want to change your morning routine?
I always want some changes in my life, so my morning routines also are constantly changing. I do not like to have mundane or routine set of activities each day. That would be boring. Also, having different patterns can keep others guessing about your whereabouts, just adds to the security factor!
